Les services réguliers de visite à domicile et d'accompagnement pour les femmes enceintes et les familles de nouveau-nés se sont adaptés pour faire face à la pandémie du Coronavirus. Un service de soutien à distance a été mis en place pour aider les familles pendant la période de crise. Regular home visit and accompaniment services for pregnant women and families of newborns have adapted to cope with the Coronavirus pandemic. A remote support service was set up to assist families during the crisis period.

Services and support for those dealing with hearing loss available via phone & email during the pandemic
"We have been connecting people affected by hearing loss with the professionals they need AND getting them equipment if needed and hearing aid batteries. We are also focusing on getting clear face masks and shields to those affected by hearing loss (accessibility).
We developed a program during the pandemic to deliver groceries to people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups and those in need (COVID Community Food Program). We have delivered all around the island and in the West Island (our mandate covers outside the NDG CDN area as well)."
